Minimum settings required in the browser

  • Enable Active Scripting / JavaScript
  • Enable file downloads
  • Enable running activex controls and plug-ins (required only for Flash based charts)
  • Disable Script debugging (to avoid message popup which might appear but not affect the normal functioning of the application)
  • For Internet Explorer 8 and above. Compatibility mode must be turned on. Click here for instructions.

It is recommended that "https://*.nsf.org" be added as a trusted site and the above settings are done in the 'trusted site' zone. Setting up in trusted site will ensure that the settings are not unintentionally enabled for other sites in the internet.

Quick setup

  1. Add https://*.nsf.org as a trusted site
  2. Set the security level as 'low' for the Trusted Sites zone
