How do I register for NSF Online? Simply click the Register link and follow the instructions on the registration page. Once you fill the form and click on register, your information will be submitted to your Corporate Administrator or Certification Project Manager at NSF for verification. Once your information is verified, you will receive an email indicating that you can log on to the website.


Why do I have to wait to have my login and password validated?

Given the nature of the information that we give access to through NSF Online, we want to ensure that the highest level of confidentiality for your protection and ours. Having an actual person (in this case your Corporate Administrator or Certification Project Manager) verify the accuracy of your information is an additional step we want to take to ensure the highest level of security.


What are the benefits of NSF Online?

NSF values our customers and wants to provide the highest level of service to meet all your needs. We realize however that there may be times during off-hours where you need information. NSF Online is a web-based service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It provides test reports, audit reports, corrective actions, invoices, management reports and also enable you to manage your internal users.

Click on the Forgot your Username or Password link on the login page and follow the instructions.


What are the minimum technical requirements to use NSF Online?

Minimum 800x600 resolution,
Preferably IE 5 or above.
JavaScript must be enabled for proper navigation
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view reports in PDF.
